AC Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown

I am completely dumbfounded. We were charged a $250 smoking fee. Absolutely no one smoked in that room. I thought, ok it was just a simple mistake so I called and explained the mistake to a very pleasant woman. She said well, it’s been “confirmed” that someone smoked in that room. I don’t even know what I can do. It’s just unfair when no rule was broken yet they can still charge you. Completely disappointed

Great new hotel in downtown Ann Arbor. Very convenient for visiting our student at UM and for exploring all the great restaurants. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great stay!

Brand new, well designed hotel with excellent service, a very nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails. Great addition to Ann Arbor. Very centrally located.

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean and located in an excellent downtown area, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and convenient to get in and out of the city. The only minor issue was some noise from the air conditioning condenser, but it wasn't enough to impact my stay. The room was otherwise comfortable and well-maintained.

Location, cleanliness —

We stayed at AC Ann Arbor for a concert weekend for the walking location to everything. What I really enjoyed was how friendly everyone was and the extra treats (snacks, waters, donuts, etc) they gave to the guests. It was new and clean and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The bar area and staff were very nice. The valet process and service was the worst I have ever received.

We will be back!

Room and lobby were very clean and well maintained for the hotel chain. The downstairs seating area was fantastic, and we loved being able to bring the dog and eat at the tables. Loved the free drinks and snacks at the front desk. Rooms we well designed and especially appreciated the benches to lay luggage. Breakfast was a little lacking if you want hot foods. Overall a great location in between campus, Main Street and Kerrytown.

We had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Ann Arbor. The property is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of everything downtown. The bed was phenomenal - extremely comfortable - and the shower was perfect. We also really appreciated the fresh Starbucks coffee available in the lobby each morning, along with the coffee maker and creamer provided in the room. The valet service was excellent, the bar area was spacious and inviting, and every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful to arrange for storage of our bikes during our stay. This was very helpful!

Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great.
