Trying to get me to pay 50 extra for a third person after we told them we had a third pro.ised to price matched then tried to o ercharge me almost 15$ extra a night bunch of crooks

There isn't a continental breakfast as advertised and we were told that they would match Expedias price ut when I went to pay they tried to charge me $79 a night and I got it o. Expedia for 67$. We were also told if we go through Expedia when we renew our stay we have to check out then check back in each time.

Just plain not maintained well. Door seals not good, musty smell, racks falling off walls. Stains on sheets and carpets. I was sure I might see a roach but thankfully did not.

The room had roaches

Good location Way over priced needs to be upgraded if the room cost over 400 a night even if there was a event in town this was a 125-150 room

We were disappointed

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, but the room was not particularly clean and in need of updates. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but it was convenient to the stadium. The breakfast was only some fruit, granola bars and honey buns(not that we were expecting a whole lot more then that, just wanted to note it). The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime you took a shower either from having an ill fitting shower curtain or maybe needing an actual door? Over all, it was convenient for what we needed and one of the only places we could find for the Morgan Wallen concert, but I would not recommend it for an extended stay.

The room was extremely outdated and very dingy. Poorly maintained and poorly cleaned.

Friendly front office, easy getting to room, requested downstairs, and received a room on lower level. The bathroom door would hardly close and needs attention. The room needs up-dates with tub and shower. Due to demand of rooms prices went up for supply and demand, which is unfair and price gouging.

The rooms were so overwhelmed with smoke smell from people smoking in rooms. The sheets were dirty and had holes in them. We had to ask for another room due to the broken mirror, stained bed and cigarette burns in bed. The second room wasn’t much better. The whole area hotels were sold out so we didn’t have anywhere else to go. We went out and bought our own sheets and blanket and sat in chairs outside the room until time to sleep. We didn’t stay the second night because the first was so horrible. Will NEVER stay here again. All people ask for are clean sheets and clean rooms. The manager said well we are the cheapest rooms in town….. I see why it wasn’t even tolerable to stay at! Old , outdated carpet and stains. Blood stains and brown unidentifiable stains on carpet and sides of bed. “Clean sheets” were stained and there was even hair in the refrigerator with dirt! And they charged $580 for two nights!!! The smoke smell and deplorable conditions were unacceptable and we didn’t even get offered our money back. Just told, well we are the cheapest in town and everyone is sold out due to concert.

The bed had cigarette burns on the blanket and sheets. Left over trash on the floor.

This property is quite aged and needs to be revitalized. There was no no Continental breakfast provided. Doors were still locked at 8:00 a.m.

The rooms need to be updated badly.
