Everything was great.

No curtains so there’s no darkness on the room , you can’t sleep . Breakfast isn’t too appealing. Rooms are outdated . Very high price for what it is . On the plus side , good shuttle and free parking and good location.

I have never been in a hotel room that had an a/c system that could not been turned off, or could be used to change the temperature in the room. It was blowing cold air at high speed into the room, and nothing could be done to change this, also not by the hotel staff who were asked for help. We asked for another room, but were told that this not possible. We tried to block the air by putting objects (like seat cushions) in front of the vents, but this helped only a little bit.

Convenient and nice they had an airport shuttle It was not well kept - stains in carpet and didn’t feel clean. Thankfully we didn’t see drain until morning or Might not have slept at all. Didn’t feel I could even tell front desk as we checked out because they didn’t seem to care at all.

I liked that it was very close to the airport. We stayed in room 324 and the lock on the door when we left the room would not completely lock.

Breakfast need improvement

The staff/management was very accommodating for our group of 18 people which also included their willingness/ability to meet our travel/flight cancellation/changes etc which was very helpful to get our people what they needed to have a great time while in Alaska, I am personally very appreciative of us all.

Pool and hot tub fantastic!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend it to friends and family. The only thing it was pricey.

The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward. Unfortunately, I found significant blood stains on the comforter the next morning, and there were also visible blood stains on the curtains. The sheets underneath appeared clean, which made me seriously concerned that the comforter had not been changed or properly inspected before our arrival. This was extremely disturbing, especially because I initially worried that something had happened to my child during the night. After checking carefully, I confirmed that the blood stains were already on the comforter and curtains and were not caused by us. This is not a minor housekeeping issue. Finding blood stains in more than one area of the room raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection standards of the hotel. Clean bedding and a properly sanitized room are among the most basic hygiene standards a hotel should provide. The hotel needs to significantly improve its housekeeping and room inspection procedures to ensure that all bedding, curtains, and other areas of the room are thoroughly checked and properly cleaned between guests.

New building, large guest room, complimentary breakfast

Pretty decent breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. We stayed here twice. Once at the beginning of our trip for 2 nights and at the end for one night. Both times we had to ask multiple times to get sheets for the pullout sofa bed. Also, both nights had no towels available at the pool. The most off-putting experience, however, was the complete unhelpful attitude of the woman working at the front desk. I would not recommend staying here.
