Had another nice stay except the coffee machine was missing and there was no signal on my TV. No big deal though.

I suppose if this is the only way you can afford to stay in Anaheim, it's better than nothing. If you can afford better, go somewhere else. Dirty floors, torn up old bedsheets, dead cockroaches and what appeared to be handmade pillows built out of recycled cushion of some kind. Also, the staff has no qualms about holding loud extended conversations outside your room at 7 AM. Check other sites for more thorough reviews, because the ones here are much more positive than they are elsewhere.

Place was nice and clean. Very close to Disney. We were able to walk to Toy Story lot and take free shuttle. Very quiet at night.

Every time I go to Disneyland I stay here. It’s not too far and reasonably priced. It’s clean and I can tell that each year they are upgrading the rooms. The room I stayed only had 1 chair and there was 3 of us. When we ate 2 of us had to either stand or sit on the bed.

Had another nice stay at Queens. The overhead light in the shower was not screwed in though and I saw a few tiny bugs. But the staff was great and the amenities met my needs. Plus there's a great Mexican restaurant next door. Thanks Queens!

Friendly staff. Great location. Surrounded by restaurants and a convenience store.

The staff was great! But the rooms could use a little TLC. The floors ‘looked’ clean but were extremely dirty and would leave a layer of dirt on your feet especially after leaving the shower. The shower drains were dirty, but the rest of the room reminded us of a modern hotel room. We had a king size rented, so the room looked overly spacious and I think could have used a bit more furniture to fill the empty space. The bed itself was very springy and the pillows to our surprise were ‘half-sized’ and not full pillows. The only other large complaint was that the security lock on the door to prevent the door opening all the way was not functional. You could flip it over, but if you opened the door with it engaged, it would fling open and not keep the door secure. Considering the hotel room access is outside, it didn’t help provide a feeling of safeness. Although, the property does seem to have a lot of camera coverage on the property

The staff was great and friendly. The place felt old and needs maintenance. The parking was great and easy. The AC worked well.

While this hotel serves its purpose of providing a place to sleep, still can't help but feel it be a tad dirty. The staff was wonderful and even were able to assist me with early check in for a small fee. You definitely get what you're paying for. This hotel could really use an overall update that would bring it up into the food category for me.

Proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center was amazing. Front desk was very helpful recommending walking path there that was far less than Maps had recommended. Room was very affordably priced compared to others near the convention center. If you are going to Disneyland, the walk there is noticeably further than the convention center. It was about a 1.5 mile walk to Downtown Disney. Queens Inn is definitely more of the old fashioned, budget style motel. So have your expectations properly tempered when it comes to the beds/pillows and some of the smaller things.
