We love this hotel! Fantastic location, and wonderful staff! Love the free parking!
-
Close to Disney and everything was great
-
Room was clean but smelled heavily of bleach. Floors seemed a little uneven. Bed was comfortable. Overall it was fine, but it definitely felt like the pictures were taken five years ago. Just a little more dingy than expected. Good if you are going to Disneyland and have kids.

Very clean room Staff very professional and polite

Location is perfect and the underground parking was such a lovely perk! I'll definitely be back!

Room was kinda dusty and musty under sofa bed was a layer of dust, found multiple small animal (roaches) I called 2-3 hours before arrival requested a crib for my kid. I never got the crib delivered to my room. Also as I checked in I was registered under my name with a total different address after showing my credit card and ID still asked me if that was me. I answered no and my address should be that one in my ID. Also I did not know they allowed dogs in the hotel so imagined getting to your hotel and everything changes your vibes. Never booking again there.

One of the rooms had a smell, and they moved us, after that, all was great. Friendly staff. Worth it.

The next morning, I mentioned it to the front desk, and Janet P. was extremely helpful. She immediately helped us move to another room, and that room was perfect! No smell, super comfortable beds, very clean (the first room was very clean too), and I slept like a baby. I was very happy with how everything was handled. I would 100% recommend staying here. The walk to Disneyland is really not bad at all, about 10 minutes to the entrance, which is nothing compared to how much walking you’ll do once you’re inside anyway. The hotel was also very quiet, and aside from the issue with our first room, we had no problems whatsoever. Great experience overall, and a special thank you to Janet P. for taking such good care of us!

Favorite property to stay at. Shower is beautiful and large. Room is very comfortable. Distant to park is good. Staff amazing. Forgot my toothbrush, tried to purchase one, they said no, gave me a free one better than the one I was going to buy from them. I’m in the hospitality business, and those things make me come back. 10/10 experience.

Great Hotel, will continue to stay here with my family.

Friendly staff. Very clean environment. Lots of underground parking. There was only 1 elevator and it was also being shared with housekeeping so at times we were waiting for the elevator for a while

We didn't need parking, but you will only get one parking spot per room. Not sure why other guests thought they could book one room and get a few parking spots. We were allowed to check our luggage as we arrived sooner than check in and luckily our room was cleaned a bit early and got in at 2:30pm. This place does not include breakfast as it originally advertised on Expedia. I got that fixed as it was very mis leading. The pool is only open til 9pm. Was hoping it woulda been open til 10pm. Didn't get a chance to try it. The shower is a bit confusing to maneuver but once we figured it out the shower was actually quite amazing. Decent water pressure and nice and hot. Made me feel squeaky clean. Also enjoyed the provided soap from the dispenser. All in all would def stay here again!

Parking is first come first serve so watch out hanging at the park until close to have parking. Security guy sucks on his phone and couldn’t get up to guide where I should park. He was useless.

We had a one night stay and really only used the room to sleep after a long day at the park. The room itself was clean but dated. The phones and smoke detectors were yellowing. The AC worked well but it was very damp/humid in the room.
-
Had everything but a gym. Cool hotel with everything you need on a small scale.
-
The staff was really exceptional. No complaints will say again. I have no complaints
-
Parking got crowded the last night we were there so we had no choice but to use the employee parking area.
