Fairfield by Marriott Anaheim Resort

The only issue was that the bathroom needed a refill of conditioner and body wash. I requested it, and they brought a bottle that night when we got back from Disney. By then, we were already exhausted and didn’t have the energy to wait for it, but better late than never! Overall, we had a good stay, and the location was definitely a highlight for a Disneyland trip. Hopefully, once the renovations are finished, the overall experience will be even better.

Room was clean and modern, however we weren’t notified that the property is undergoing significant renovations, common areas were loud and dirty, it was so loud that the front desk had to scream at us just to be heard during check in, our room was loud but they were kind enough to move us to the top floor away from the noise. They also shut off the water to our rooms for several hours without notice so we couldn’t shower or use the toilet. They let us check in early which was convenient and staff was friendly. This property is usually decent, but as long as there’s construction I’d reccomend staying somewhere else

Great disneyland spot! Short walk into the park, clean nice rooms, quiet. Everything you need!

The Fairfield is a great property to stay for proximity to Disneyland. It’s clean, with updated rooms and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. There isn’t much for extra amenities right now due to construction in the hotel but it was not a big issue as staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend the Fairfield.

Close to Disney nice property

When we went in August 2026, they were renovating the front entryway so at times it was loud while walking through the entryway. However, the room was quiet, The view was nice and we had a view of the fireworks. The pool was clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were friendly.

Really nice enjoyed our stay directly class Disneyland I didn't know they were doing renovations so our floor was under construction, but they did accommodate me with a Mickey Mouse fireworks for you and I appreciated that a lot.

Under major construction and they didn’t notify me until it was too late to cancel and book elsewhere. That’s pretty much code for, never booking this hotel again.

Had a great stay enjoy it will be back

Very clean hotel, close walk to Disneyland, newly updated rooms, housekeeping was wonderful, they randomly gave popsicles away at the pool and the staff was all very friendly. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Location is very near Disneyland which is great. Hotel gg thru renovation and it’s kind of noisy.

Photos posted in their advertisement must have been taken 20 years ago. Our room was the worst I have had in many, many years. Small, old, and sparsely welcoming when we opened the door and walked in. Shower and toilet were in a small, small room that was no more than 3 feet by 4 feet. We had no choice but to stay because of no other rooms available. Front desk employees were useless, not having any useful suggestions. Our stay was August 21-23, 2026. Extremely disappointed in Anaheim Marriott/Fairfield. Going back to my normal hotel chain.

On arrival, reception was a building site. We were then advised of the refurbishment and told we had a newly refurbished room with a park view, presented as an upgrade despite already paying for a Deluxe Disney room. The grubby lifts and hallways still being painted made for a disappointing start. Thankfully, the room itself is spacious, comfortable and has a pleasant park view. Construction noise mainly affects the opposite side, but the mess at the rear is unsightly and the fitness centre is unavailable. I complained about the lack of transparency and was offered free parking. A room discount was apparently not an option. Unfortunately, the service has also been poor. We requested daily housekeeping; one day only three towels were replaced, leaving no flannels, hand towels or bath mat. The following day the room wasn’t serviced at all. After speaking to reception, towels and toilet rolls were simply left on the side rather than replaced. This is our fifth hotel during our California trip from the UK and by far the worst service we’ve experienced. The location is excellent, the pool is lovely and staff are pleasant. The refurbished rooms are comfortable and, once complete, this could be a fantastic Disney hotel.

The room was nice and clean and after a long day at the parks it was a nice and short walk.

we stayed here with my family we did not know the hotel was going thru a major renovation looked like a construction site not peaceful workers making noise in the morning . the room did not feel clean i booked a junior suite and was in back of the hotel i called before going and a rep told me all of there suites had a view of the firework show which it did not the front door to the room did not have weather stripping on the bottom it was open there was a 2 inch gap from the front door to outside horrible horrible experience . i will not be starting here again waste of my money i could have stayed 2 doors down for half the price not at a construction site very disappointed especially traveling with a child .

The only downside was the large water park located within the Courtyard Marriott directly to the north of the Fairfield. The water park has a clanging bell that rings from 8:00am to 10:00pm. It isn’t a deal breaker, but it can absolutely be annoying! That along with the fact that your children can see the huge water park right across the driveway from your room, but they aren’t allowed to access it. Have stayed here on 2 separate Disneyland trips and will absolutely stay again!! Fingers crossed, my room next stay, will be located on the south side of the building!
