The hotel is older, but the rooms are large and the food was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The power had gone out and the system that makes the room keys was down when I checked in. The staff was walking guests to their rooms and checking in regularly to see if we were okay. It was hot inside and they were still assisting with a smile on their face and positive attitudes.

Usually Embassy Suites are worth the money, but this hotel was not. Older interior with ripped flooring and dirty chipped bathroom. Would not stay here again. Front desk rep must’ve hated us or what, she put us right at the elevator & didn’t care for our request.

The room we were assigned a smell so bad we asked a replacement 5 minutes later. Next room’s smell was still present but tolerable. The tables had a sticky substance as they were really wiped down. Floor had dirt and piece of old food near the corners. Two lights didn’t work. The main bed was stable. There were maybe 5 pillows (including the extra in the closet). The temperature controls didn’t work. Unfortunately the list could go on and on. I’d like my money back but they won’t do that. The wasn’t that cheap but worse than cheaper hotels. This is a terrible hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

I like the bar food and staff. The shower was terrible faucet wasn’t working shower was small.

Staff not very helpful. TV was not working. Even after it was reported no one came up to fix it. Toilet would not flush!!!

Loved this hotel! Stayed with family: 3 boys. Golfland is nearby. Great local restaurants. Went to Angels baseball games. Staff was super friendly. GREAT BREAKFAST hours/food spread. Very impressed!
