Anything affiliated with Disney is top notch. Although it comes with a premium price tag, it’s worth every penny. First of all, the service is world class. Everyone treats you like a valued guest and goes above and beyond the call of duty to get your question answered or accommodate your need. Secondly, cleanliness!! Third, you pay for 1 night and are entitled to 2 full days… what I mean by this is you can check in early and begin enjoying their resort amenities. We checked in on a Saturday morning, went to the parks all day (exhausting but fun) came back to the room, ordered room service, and enjoyed a late check out (requested it the night before (subject to availability)). Sleeping in after a long day at the parks was amazing!!! After check out, we were able to enjoy the pools until closing time (10 pm during the summer months) and service was excellent. I accidentally spilled my drink and the server did not hesitate to replace it at no additional charge. We enjoyed the refreshing pools on a very hot summer day and the kids absolutely loved our staycation. 10 out of 10 would recommend !

Nice! Super fun to just walk across the sidewalk and be in Downtown Disney. Easy way for security check too. Character meal was cute, not worth the $$ though.

Our room was not ready at check-in 3pm. I have stayed at the Grand CA, so I knew to expect a text when my room was ready. When I didnt receive anything I went to the front desk and they had no room for me. I had it booked for a month and completed the check-in days in advance. They found me a room and then they said "someone took it". I say all that to say, I would check in when you get to the hotel instead of going straight to the park after leaving your bags. The room was clean, we had no towels but everything else was working fine. We were really ready for the room at 3pm so to have to wait another hour may not seem like a lot but in the moment it sucked.
