Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

Good breakfast

It was very hot and humid inside the hotel. By the time I got from our room to the front doors I was sticky and hot. The room was awesome we loved it. Having the store and restaurants on site and the breakfast was great but I wanted my Family to take their breakfast back to the hotel room to eat and get ready so that was a bummer.

Clean room, good breakfast and staff are nice

The pool was great for mid afternoon cool downs. Room was perfect for our family of six, with four young kids. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the close proximity to the park, easy walk each day.

Would definitely stay here again when we visit Disneyland again!!

Nice hotel close to Disney, slightly older property but excellent value. Small pool and gym. Decent breakfast. Staff always friendly!

Run down hotel that needs love

We enjoyed the breakfast selection. The location from Disneyland was a short 12 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was cute but the ac did not keep the entire room cool.

Personal amable. Buen desayuno. Instalaciones limpias.

Room was clean and well maintained with a good layout for a family with a mix of young and older children. Breakfast offering was okay, although we only took advantage of it once due to the the hours and need to get into the parks. Would definitley consider staying here again as price was ery competative compared to the other Harbour / Katella located hotels.

Great place to stay especially if your planning a trip to Disneyland, around 10 minutes walking to the park. Staff was extremely kind and very helpful 5 stars definitely will stay again.

The only negative to our experience was that our room wasn’t ready until 90 minutes after checkin so we had to wait in the lobby during that time. And unfortunately the front desk staff never apologized about the delay and were extremely rude when we asked again about if the room was ready. So aside from the negative start to our stay we did appreciate the location and amenities.
