Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall

Showed up room wasn't ready. Had a 6pm concert. At 530 still no room. Paid for a king. They changed our room to a "queen". That wasn't a king, was barely bigger than a twin. Breakfast had no coffee, what food there was was cold. The room we did get, we paid for high floor. We got floor 2 and it smelled musty and or moldy when you walked in. Our other option was to leave everything with front desk and get dressed in lobby bathroom because they didn't have any rooms ready a still. Id try another hotel if i was anyone.

We arrived about an hour early and was able to check in with no issues. The room was larger than expected and included a small kitchenette. The beds and pull out were comfortable and the A/C did not disappoint! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building and grounds were clean and well kept.

The location. It’s away from the busiest parts of Atlanta but still had the mall and a few outlet malls down the road. There’s really not much to not like other the the elevator being alittle jumpy at times.

Good breakfast, beds are wore out.

The fire alarm going off at midnight.

Love it but if your gonna offer breakfast till 930 it should be out till them . My family went down before 9 they had done put it up an laughed at my husband when he asked about it The shuttle needs to have some rule when picking people up drunk people want to fight not needed we walked back because of it

Stayed here for a concert. Great room for the price and the free shuttle to the venue was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a night as I was going to a show at the nearby amphitheatre. The staff was very friendly and offered a shuttle service to and from the venue, which was amazing. The breakfast combination was a little questionable, but good nonetheless. The room was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the stay. Will stay again if I ever return to the area.

Great place to stay for concert. Staff was a bit overwhelmed at check in but stayed upbeat and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised that they offered a free shuttle to and from the venue. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

It was okay. Not top of the line, but decent enough. It was an average hotel but very convenient to the Amerisbank Ampitheater. Their shuttle to and from was very useful, Also, I want to commend one staff member, Andrew, who went above and beyond the call of duty.

Oh and I forgot to mention the Pool,we had a good time swimming in a clean pool and all the area around it was well maintained

Area was great. Mall right across the street and all the shops and restaurants you want.

Room and staff were great. The self-checkout terminal at the market inside was bugging out.
