Clean room- great staff- we did get the accessible room and the shower head is detachable thank goodness. Our view was obstructed due to maintence during our stay and the room had no fridge or microwave. Our tv was damaged in414 with two light spots. It did have enough towels, pillows and the bed was comfy. The bartender was amazing. The pools and hot tub were comfy, the hot tub had too much chlorine or bromine but also a crap top of kids were in it. Overall good but I had expected great.

Bathroom shower door won’t stay closed. No safe or microwave in the room. Construction noise in the morning.

Staff let us check in a little early, we got there a lot faster than expected. Property was a great location. Quiet and clean. Great place.

The shower was beautiful, but water leaked onto the floor. The room was clean and the maid was efficient in cleaning and making the room up. The host that met us at reception was very welcoming as were all the staff. The entry was beautiful, the bar was full giving an exciting atmosphere to the lobby. All in all we would stay there again.

The staff was nice . They had construction and we were being woken up super early. We were not able to see at all after arriving so late. For the amount we paid I feel like this was a huge problem.

Stay was great. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of construction noise in the early morning until around 8.30 a.m.

The hotel itself was fine, but getting woken up to construction right above you at 8AM was terrible. I understand stuff has to get done, but that early in the morning while on a trip was wild to me.

The staff accommodated me for the pest issue after checking out early. Nice area, near a ton of options, nice staff. Room was spacious. My room had bugs and roaches in the fridge area.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The convince of the location to shopping, dining and the venue I went to for a concert. My only complaint, the walls are to thin. I was able to here people talking on their phones in both adjoining rooms. No fridge in the room.

People were friendly Hot tub didn’t get hot at all. Someone was beating on my door and I have a 5yo trying to sleep

Only thing I did not like was my room smelled moldy and mildew other than that it was ok
