Dirty in the parking lot, weird smell in the room, couldn’t find the receptionist for few minutes in the area, kids crying loud in the middle of night probably in the next room and some guy yelling

We always take the premium room and the rooms have always been clean and had all the amenities: towels, soap, shampoo, nicer linens, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and you get a snack box. My only complaint is that we have 2 people but you only get one snack box!

Someone had set the heat system at 80 and the air con at 60. After repeatedly adjusting the air con, finally figured it out. Linens not clean enough.

Several things throughout the room was covered in mold

Probably one of the worst hotel stays, the people next door to me were literally outside the door smoking all night, no kind of security was enforced, in addition my room had black mold as well, won’t be returning that’s for sure.
