The location was fantastic - short walk to the King Street metro and a 15/20 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were approachable and the hotel was very clean. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. We ran out of shampoo and body wash during our stay and these weren’t replenished.

It’s near everything. (Which I guess you could also say for Hampton Inn and Hilton) but we chose this because the facade is beautiful. The King St bus is just across the street. There’s a good sandwich place near it. We didn’t get the chance to try indochen as there’s plenty or restaurants at the waterfront. The staff are very helpful. There was an issue concerning the payment (I was double billed) but was quickly resolved. I would love to be back again and stay here!

Love everything about this place, will be back

Wonderful hotel. We take the train up to DC from out city (5 hour train ride). This hotel is a short walk from the station so very convenient. The Metro stop is right next to the train stop as well. It makes for a very easy trip anywhere in DC with the hotel nearby.

The hotel was quiet for sleeping, which was perfect. The TV had about 55 channels but only maybe 25 which worked. Most were news only. The casting to TV didn't work, as well as the Internet was hot or miss. The room for the most part was clean, however, the vent in the bathroom was nothing but horrible thick dust, which was gross. The "neighborhood view" was the dumpters. Literally. Also, they wanted to charge $6 per water in the room. You are better going to the local store to buy your own. Parking was fine. But to call for your car, the room phone didn't work, so had to go to the hallway and use the phone by the elevator. Tried calling from my cell phone, but again, service was bad. Most front staff was friendly, however one lady didn't seem to want to be bothered and tried to say she had nothing for a parking for our car that was assigned to our room. No worries out vehicle was ok and found and after talking to someone else. Not sure if we would stay again. The location a was decent.

Great for the price. Amenities were few.
-
Clean room and decent amenities. Was able to find cheaper parking for $30 a night instead of the $45 they charge for valet. Overall would book here again.
