Rodeway Inn Albuquerque Downtown on Rt 66

This is a "no frills" place to stay. Rooms were clean, with clean, comfortable beds, TV, small fridge and microwave and single-cup coffeemaker. Ice machine was not working. Lobby has a small selection of drinks and food items. If you're looking for a simple, economical place to stay, this is a good choice.

We had a late flight into Albuquerque so we decided upon the Rodeway, mostly for it's great rates and close proximity to the airport, just four miles away on legendary Route 66. We were delayed and by the time we rented our car it was after midnight. The manager, Chris, was very helpful. He provided us with a clean and quiet room and we had a great night's rest. Would highly recommend staying here for great bargain and wonderful service.

Owner was very personable, we were only there overnight for my son's check in for surgery at UNM the next day, and we took a smoking room. For the cost, I was very happy! Holes from smokers in my comforter, dated print pictures in the rooms, 229s microwave did not work, no coffee maker

Unlike other places that offered unlimited ice, here you had to pay 25 cents per bucket, and I heard they stopped serving breakfast after the pandemic. The screen on the bathroom window was partially torn, allowing mosquitoes to get in until I ripped it off and closed the window.

Not fancy, but nice to have a room with three beds. The AC wasn't on before we arrived, and it was several hours before the room was comfortable.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and hotel was well located.

Parking was easier after the first time pulling in. They also have an outdoor pool. The front desk was wonderful. Seriously, you want information this is the place. Very local and educated family runs this hotel. The only issue we found was the TV that some shows were smaller screens than others. The problem was figured out and went well. I would feel comfortable asking about any issue, question or suggestion for local events and local places to visit. OVERALL: We enjoyed our stay on the second floor. Our room was clean enough, useful amenities, great bathroom view. Would stay again and recommend this Rodeway Inn to anyone traveling.

A little expensive, but it was a weekend with a big event.

Air conditioner worked, but a little loud

The staff was amazing! So kind. We arrived too early for check-in so they let us use the pool. They checked on us whenever they saw us. It felt like staying at your uncle’s place. Also the location? Walking distance to so much! Nothing.

Amazing amazing amazing. Staff was great, rooms were cleaned, sheets, towels changed everyday. Older hotel but cleanliness was beyond expectations!!! Night stand was moved to use plug and was clean behind and under. Will book again in the future and highly recommend.

Affordable, clean, great lighting in the parking lot. Had trouble with the door lock at first but the manager helped me.

The room was very clean and affordable. The on-site owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

This is an ideal place to spend the night when traveling through Albuquerque. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although I did not take advantage of its location, it is downtown near restaurants and stores. Best of all, it is about 10 minutes from the airport and a lot cheaper than the hotels clustered around the airport! My only gripe is that I could not get the little plastic envelope of shampoo open.
