I would love to give this hotel 5 stars. Its located in downtown and has a cute eclectic aesthetic. Unfrotunately, our experience there was not. Based on the location of the hotel it is right in front of a park that appears to be run by people that are unhoused and the police always seem to be involved. Note we stayed on a Saturday night. Then at night up until 2-3 am you can constantly hear the loud engines of low riders or cars driving by. When we called the front desk to complain they just notified us there were earplugs in the room instead of offering a room change to the opposite side of the building. If you book here do not book a hotel room that faces the park choose one towards the pool instead. Hopefully its quieter. Some staff was friendly and the other staff seemed not to care. I wish I would I have loved it as much as the pictures showed the cool chic environment. But overall was disappointed.

Great stay fun hotel the suite was comfortable and a great size the pool and bar are fun

Great pool and restaurant. Can be loud at night.

I was hesitant to stay here again because the staff was so rude last time but I booked the room for my daughter’s 21 birthday because of the convenient location and I’m glad I did! She shared that staff was friendly and helpful this time! So glad to hear it!

I traveled with my sister for a concert at First Financial Amphitheater. We researched where to stay and landed on Arrive as it’s only a 15 min drive to the venue. The hotel itself is cute and clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The surrounding area however felt a bit shady and unsafe. Lots of police activity due to the unhoused population in the park across the street. Other than that though, we had a pleasant stay.

The ARRIVE property in Albuquerque is just about everything you'd want from a hotel stay--modern, super clean and well-maintained rooms, charming and professional staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, great location (HIGHLY recommend the Saturday morning Farmers Market across the street), and well-priced. Have stayed there twice, and we will definitely be back again soon.

Very good

Horrible location. Was not safe for families. Felt unsafe for vehicle. Homeless and sketchy folks at park across street. Night clerk would not bring towels to room. Had to meet him at elevator. Not safe to leave children alone in room. Extra small room. See thru bathroom door. Not recommended. Had to pay for valet service on 2 vehicles since location was unsafe to park and walk on street.

It was clean and loved the rooms. The staff was very slow and the pool could have been clean better.

Clean room & poolside food service

Fine stay. Clean, well maintained, helpful staff, nice restaurant and bar. Pool looked lovely though I did not have time for a swim. Very convenient location. Near theaters bars restaurants, not far from museums. Easy walk or free bus ride most places, and of course there is Lyft.

Old motel vibe but modern update / location / pool area / art gallery Valet parking - expensive - would have preferred secure old school motel parking lot to match vibe of place

This is a fun and cute hotel close to many restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Everyone we encountered on staff was great. I highly recommend!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds

Comfy beds Lightning was poor, location not ideal across street from homeless encampment affected the ambiance
-
Super awesome vibe- DJ by the pool, great cocktails and food... Wanted to go see more of the city the one night I was in town, but Arrive made it tough to leave!

We liked that room was unique and had a retro vibe. We didn’t like that the fridge was full of items that were for sale. We needed a fridge to store our own cold items. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the park and the traffic was very loud all night that kept us awake. It was almost like a local cruise zone. Loud cars and motorcycles all night long. When we checked in very early in the day, we were told that the hotel was not busy so it would’ve been nice to have been given another room on the back side of the hotel or least been given the option. The staff was responsive and offered to move us, however, it was past midnight and it would’ve been more of a hassle. Now I understand why they provide earplugs in the room. There isn’t much parking available near the hotel unless you want to pay for valet parking, which is $25. The public parking that is available is metered parking and there are only about 10 spots across the street. We were fortunate to get a spot but didn’t want to move and take a chance that we would lose our space. The staff did recommend a great restaurant within one mile walking distance from the hotel, Cocina Azul. A must try if you’re in the area.
