The room was clean

The property needs a refresh. Furniture is old and worn. Tv system was not easy to navigate. But our most major disappointment was that a cheap hand held shower bracket did not support the only method for showering.

Great location and friendly staff. However, the hotel rooms could use some updates as they are very dated and lived in. Also, the bathrooms were not as clean as we would wish.

The hotel smells like old carpet but the rooms are clean and don’t smell like the halls. Parking was convenient but the lot was full and people were sort of haphazardly parked everywhere. Easy checkin and checkout. Convenient for the hospital!

Front desk service was not helpful after I told them my room smelled musty, but location is convenient and my room had a microwave and fridge/freezer which was nice.

Pool area disgusting, broken furniture, swamp water would be a better option. Roaches in bathroom. The hot tub is gone. I have pics and videos. STAY ELSEWHERE.

It was a quick stay under stressful circumstances. Everything was just as I needed it except the choice of coffee in the room.

We ate in the restaurant downstairs. Called the Recovery Room. Would not recommend it.

This is not what I expected to see from a Hilton change. Do not expect to see the restrants servinging descent tasting food. Price high.
