Nothing it had cockroaches cucarachas and bed bugs it was not clean the beds it like u buy from trash not recommended I had to leave immediately I see it I did pay they don’t return my refund I had my kids so there no away to stay so don’t waste u money it better to spend more then that trash of it hotel but not Nothing at all not recommended to stay it was not clean bedbugs I had to leave immediately this owner is not good to be in booking they should not be here with that bedbugs and isn’t clean the beds nasty it like stay in the hoods bad

Never got to stay there booked booked in the wrong area nobody would help me get my my refund back had to sleep outside in the cold because couldn't get my money refunded I keep calling the location and they keep hanging up on me when I asked him to help horrible this app is horrible the staff there is horrible the management is horrible don't recommend to anybody What I didn't like was that the fact that I couldn't even sleep in a nice bed I had to sleep outside in the cold because I couldn't get my money refunded it was the last money that I had when I booked on the motel on hotels.com not only did hotels.com or book.com not give me a chance to refund my money neither did the staff or the property that I booked in this is the worst app and the worst staffing and the worst company in the worst everything I've ever done in my life I'm still outside have not even eaten or drinking anything in two days because they won't give me my money back

The customer service here was exceptional. Staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property was well cared for. Highly recommend!

The price was great and the staff was extremely polite and more than helpful. I appreciate them very much ? The room was a bit outdated the ceiling looked like it needed to be updated for sure. The bathtub was not very clean and the shower had a clog, the water would rise up as we bathed. Took a very long time for water to drain out.

Don’t book with them, it isn’t safe and it isn’t worth it. My vehicle car window was broken, the lady in the office was very Rude, their cameras didn’t cover the area right in front of my room and they weren’t helpful at all.

Cost Looked very unsafe

The staff is rude and unprofessional (The Indian lady) the front area where she was located smelled like weed. Had someone to break into my vehicle she acted as if she could care less. Housekeeping don’t clean the rooms and won’t leave towels in the rooms, you have to ask for them. Asked to be moved and she refused, please do not patronize this business.

WiFi is horrible WiFi and cigarette burns and out dated bed, bedding etc

At first everything was okay. They were unprofessional...

NOTHING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE unless you're there for some shady "business". I will also be contacting BOOKING.COM for FALSE advertisement & fraud. This was entirely bait & switch, theft by deception at it's best! There was so much foolishness, disGUStivating sites & mass grunge! I have no words! See the pics below. We pulled up & thought it was abandoned & condemned! And once we went in, we totally knew then, it SHOULD be condemned! My husband asked the lady was it being torn down? So many health & safety violations, we should have know when we saw the cats & rats hanging out on the side watching all the "suckers" go in! Not even playing, cats were all congregated in the lot sharing the trash from the dumpster that seems to never have been dumped! I really have no words except: filthy, dirty, stinky, rusty, pissy, mildewed, dusty, raggedy, etc. It was cleaner OUTSIDE than it was inside! We were about to sleep in our car cause all the other hotels were booked for the the Albany State University graduation, which is why we were there. I almost had an anxiety attack when we walked in & I turned on the light switch. After seeing all the filth & that nasty, pissy, bug-infested bed, I realized all kinds of diseases & viruses just HAD to be living there, I realized I had touched the door & the light switch with my bare hand. I almost threw up & my husband had to escort me back to the car, rubbing my back & holding my hair. This lady had the NERVE to try to give us another room. I wanted to say, "Look here, B! I don't know how YOU live, but I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in this roach motel!" But I simply recorded myself showing her all the filth & disGUSTivation in that dump & asked for a FULL refund IMMEDIATELY! The rest of my footage are long videos that would not load but hopefully you'll get the point! Please be safe out here, folks!

The attendant was friendly. She did not comment on anything. Old dirty furniture, bed sheets, bathtub cigarette burners. The room was musty and smelly. I asked for another room. It was a little better, but it was also smelly and had old furniture and cigarette Burns.
